Due to constant movement while traveling, tightening of the plumbing system is regular maintenance of the unit and is required to be done by the lessee or business owner. Weather conditions, like a freeze, might affect the functionality of this system, preventions from lessees are required to prevent any damages, this apply but not excluded to conditions where the temperature of the water drops.

Water tanks are not covered but can be replaced at no extra cost within the first year at the manufacturer facility, if the trailer manufacturer is able to confirm that damage is not due to negligence. Labor and Repairs is defined in 2 of this page.

Axles: The Lessee is responsible to maintain the good function of the wheel system and its components, this includes but is not limited to inspecting the lubrication of all bolts, rotation of the tires and inspection of the axle. Warranty will not apply to a unit that hasn't been part of any maintenance process.  Lessee must keep pictures, receipts, log, or records of this maintenance.   DISCLAIMER:  Manufacturer only warranty the Axles 12 months after manufacturing date. Proper lubrication is essential to the proper function and reliability of your trailer axle. Lessee must grease the trailer wheel bearings every 2,000 miles or every three months, whichever comes first. It is recommended using any good marine grade water resistant grease that has a temperature rating of at least 350 degrees. It is not recommended to mix greases. If the Lessee replaces it with a different brand/type, we recommend cleaning out the existing grease with a solvent before replacing with the new grease.

  • Warranty can be voided if the Lessee is not maintaining and/or servicing the Leased Trailer properly.

  • Maintaining the trailer clean is mandatory while it is leased.

    • This will keep maintaining the integrity of the equipment while the trailer is in service.

  • FOR REPAIRS OR WARRANTY, CLIENT MUST BRING THE TRAILER CLEANED

  • FEES WILL APPLY TO CLEAN THE TRAILER IF WE NEED TO CLEAN BEFORE GETTING THE WORK DONE
